Join us!\nThe Unlicensed Flex Team in the Member Service Center has an opening for a Data Entry Customer Service Representative. Applicants must be able to handle high volume while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail. This position is open to our Traverse City, Michigan office and requires you to be in the office.\nWhat you’ll do\nProcess member payments efficiently and accurately.\nHandle member applications and incoming documents promptly.\nManage diverse workflows effectively.\nConvert electronic communications into member files.\nProcess updates to member policies.\nCall out to members to get updated information as needed.\nAchieve monthly team production and accuracy goals consistently.\nSupport other departments with data entry and various projects as needed.\nThis might describe you\nProficient in utilizing computer systems and applications, particularly MS Office products\nDemonstrated capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment\nExceptional time management skills\nAble to manage high workloads while upholding quality standards\nStrong ability to work independently\nAdaptable to varying daily operational needs\nEmbraces change with an open and positive attitude\nExcellent communication skills\nProven track record of delivering exceptional customer service\nExcellent attendance\nExhibits Hagerty Core Values\nMust type a minimum of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy\nOther things to note\nThis position is an in-office role at our Traverse City, Michigan location\nThe hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST\nThe compensation for this position will be $18.50 per hour with full benefits.\nFamiliarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
