Join us!\nAs a Lead Software Engineer, Dynamics & Power Platform with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform and Power Apps you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering excellence and technical leadership (with 80-20 split of 80% on hands-on engineering work, 20% on technical leadership) ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient solutions across the team.\nWhat you’ll do\n Technical Leadership & Development\nLead the development of solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dataverse\nImplement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes\nDevelop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)\nDesign and manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Apps deployments\nEnsure best practices for customization, configuration, and extensibility within the platform\nEngineering Excellence\nEstablish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and governance across the team\nImplement source control and versioning strategies using Git (or similar tools) for:\nWeb resources\nDataverse tables and forms\nEnvironment variables\nPower Automate flows\nDrive solution performance, scalability, and maintainability\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship\nMentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback\nFoster a collaborative and continuous learning environment\nDelivery & Collaboration\nWork closely with the Solution Architect to break down features into well-defined user stories and ensure alignment with architecture\nPartner with the Technical Product Manager to understand, refine, and support business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions\nCollaborate with the Scrum Master and Engineering Manager to ensure:\nStable and predictable sprint delivery\nEffective backlog grooming and estimation\nTimely resolution of blockers\nAct as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams\nThis might describe you\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nProven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform/Power Apps\nStrong expertise in:\nDynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse\nPower Automate\nPower Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)\nCI/CD pipelines for Dynamics (Azure DevOps or similar)\nExperience with Git-based version control systems\nStrong understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) on Microsoft Power Platform\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nTake the on-call duty, including but not limited to, during nights and weekends to support Broad Arrow Auctions\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Azure services and integrationsFamiliarity with Power Platform governance and security modelsMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power PlatformStrong problem-solving and communication skills \nWhat Success Looks Like\nHigh-quality, scalable Dynamics solutions delivered consistently\nStrong alignment between architecture, product requirements, and engineering execution\nImproved team productivity and code quality through best practices\nReliable and efficient CI/CD processes\nEffective collaboration across product, architecture, and engineering teams \n Other things to note · \nThis position is open to U.S. remote work.
