You’ll work closely with customers, hauliers and colleagues across Planning, Production and Warehouse to make sure deliveries run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.\nWe’re looking for someone who is organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a great service.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPlanning and coordinating internal and external transport.\nArranging collections and deliveries with hauliers and suppliers.\nMonitoring deliveries and resolving any issues or delays.\nKeeping transport information accurate and up to date in our ERP system.\nCoordinating day-to-day customer service enquiries and requests.\nMaking sure customer communications are responded to promptly.\nBuilding good relationships with customers, transport providers and colleagues.\nLooking for simple ways to improve how we work and the service we provide.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing several priorities at once.\nIdeally, you’ll have experience in transport, logistics, supply chain or customer service, along with:\nGood communication and customer service skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nA practical and proactive approach to solving problems.\nConfidence working with different teams and external partners.\nGood IT skills and experience using ERP or similar systems.\nMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works well with others and wants to make a positive difference.\nWe are open to talents of all backgrounds.
