Undertake and support R&D Projects.\n2. Capability to reliably follow technical details and direction accurately.\n3. Develop good culinary skills to undertake development application and presentation work confidently.\n4. Capability to cook up product for both internal and external presentations/tastings.\n5. Support Project R&D team members with both internal pilot line trials and external factory trials at customer sites.\n6. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of project importance and time scales.\n7. Maintain close working relationships with R&D team\n8. Develop good understanding and application of development recipe system.\n9. Develop and grow ingredient and process knowledge.\n10. Capability to report project progress, problems encountered as well as possible solutions.\n11. Where necessary, liaise with suppliers and internal department to order ingredients required for development purposes.\nCandidate Profile\nInterest in culinary food development\nDesire to be involved in all parts of the team\nAble to demonstrate ability to build effective working relationships\nExperience of dealing with face to face communication\nDemonstrate initiative\nFood related work experience\nCurrent, valid driving licence\nAble to travel to customers within the UK and EU\nExhibit strong team working skills\nAble to work in the Pilot plant with a range of equipment\nAble to work with all flours and flavourings using appropriate PPE\nBenefits\nCompetitive benefit package\nWe are open to talents of all backgrounds.
