In collaboration with multiple partners, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s systems to ensure its reliability and security while ensuring integration of newly acquired companies to align with our Solina Standards.\nGeneral responsibilities and tasks\nDeliver advanced (3rd level) technical support to resolve complex system issues.\nDesign, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Solina's global infrastructure services.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the environment, incorporating change control processes and risk management considerations.\nCollaborate with IT Project teams in delivering broader IT services and applications, maintaining compliance with best practices and our standards.\nSupport infrastructure projects, including coordination with internal and external partners.\nIntegration of new sites within the group as part of M&A to ensure compliance with best practices and our standards.\nSkills, requirements and knowledge\nBachelor's, master’s degree in computer science or equivalent by experience\nMinimum of 7 years' experience as a system administrator or engineer\nExperience with Microsoft Windows, VMware\nKnowledge of Azure is essential\nNotion of Fortinet firewalling, routing and switching\nExperience with PRTG and Service Now is a plus\nProactive and independent\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), fluent in English \nExperience in multinational environment\nKnowledge of mergers and acquisitions is a plus\nWillingness to travel to other sites in Europe (minimum 15% of the time)\nDecisive, flexible, able to improvise, and works with precision. \nAdherence to company policies on environmental, health, and workplace safety standards\nOrganisation\nReports to the Group Infrastructure Manager (based in Belgium)\nLocation\nOn-site position based at our Biggleswade's site.\nWe are open to talents of all backgrounds.
