Applicants must have existing authorisation to work in the UK \nAbout the Role\nAn excellent opportunity to join a collaborative procurement team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations across the UKI business. You will play a vital role in supporting both operational and strategic procurement activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement Data & Systems\nMaintain and update procurement systems, including supplier data, pricing, and contract information\nEnsure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency\nMaintain procurement documentation, reports, and KPI tracking tools\nSupplier & Sourcing Support\nSupport sourcing activities, including gathering supplier information and issuing RFQs\nAssist with tender processes and supplier documentation as directed\nSupport supplier onboarding and ensure master data is accurate and up to date\nOperational Support\nMonitor contract usage against forecasts and highlight variances\nSupport resolution of invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams\nAssist with order tracking, expediting, and reviewing volume variations with purchasing teams\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Supply Chain, Production, NPD, and Finance teams\nSupport innovation and product development by coordinating supplier samples, pricing, and specifications\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and compliance requirements\nGeneral Support\nProvide administrative and coordination support to the procurement team\nSupport ad hoc procurement projects and activities as required\nSkills, Experience & Knowledge\nCore Skills\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills\nGood communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nTechnical Skills\nIntermediate Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data handling)\nExperience with procurement systems or ERP platforms (desirable)\nExperience\nPrevious experience in an administrative or procurement support role is preferred\nExperience working in a supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG environment is advantageous\nBehavioural Competencies\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nProactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAccuracy and completeness of procurement data\nTimeliness of supplier onboarding and updates\nTimeliness of sample, pricing and spec support for tender and customer activity\nResponsiveness and resolution time for invoice queries\nContract tracking accuracy and reporting quality\nBenefits\nA competitive salary with a Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site in Biggleswade)\nOccasional travel to UKI sites and suppliers, with a small chance of very limited international travel\nWe are open to talents of all backgrounds.
