This role serves as the key link between Sales, Operations, and Procurement to balance capacity, materials, and labor planning. The position drives the execution of the production plan, monitors performance, and proactively resolves scheduling conflicts to maintain service levels and production efficiency.\nThis role will actively support company goals by improving scheduling accuracy, optimizing lead times, and enhancing communication across departments to achieve operational excellence.\nEssential Functions\nDevelops and maintains the master production schedule, aligning daily and weekly production plans with sales orders, forecast, and inventory targets.\nCoordinates with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to ensure production priorities reflect capacity, material availability, and customer needs.\nReviews capacity constraints and proactively recommends adjustments to meet delivery and efficiency goals.\nMonitors production progress daily, identifies bottlenecks, and adjusts schedules as needed to maintain on-time performance.\nAnalyzes production data and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule adherence, changeovers, and utilization.\nCommunicates scheduling updates and changes to plant management, warehouse, and supply chain teams.\nSupports the operations team in planning and sequencing production runs to minimize downtime and improve throughput.\nCollaborates with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure raw material availability aligns with scheduled production.\nCoordinates with Customer Service and Sales to confirm lead times and manage expectations for order fulfillment.\nLeads weekly production planning meetings to align plant scheduling priorities with overall business objectives.\nAssists in maintaining system data accuracy related to bills of materials, routings, and production orders.\nParticipates in continuous improvement projects related to scheduling processes, systems, and data integrity.\nProvides analytical and reporting support to measure scheduling effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.\nRequired Skills, Education, and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3+ years’ experience in production scheduling, planning, or related supply chain function.\nFood manufacturing experience strongly preferred; liquid/sauce manufacturing experience preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional communication between Production, Sales, and Procurement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with master production scheduling (MPS) or advanced planning systems.\nKnowledge of manufacturing process flow, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP).\nFamiliarity with barcode scanning systems and production reporting tools.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.\nWe are open to talents of all backgrounds.
