Voor ons R&D-team zoeken wij een R&D Sampler en Support die onze R&D afdelng ondersteunt bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en ontwikkelprojecten.\nIn deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat alles in en rondom onze testkeuken goed georganiseerd is. Je werkt nauw samen met de R&D Coordinator en Product Developers en levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten voor onze klanten.\nWat ga je doen?\nAls R&D Assistant ondersteun je het R&D-team bij verschillende praktische en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je werkt volgens de geldende werkinstructies en binnen ons samplemanagementsysteem.\nJe werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:\nBereiden en samenstellen van recepten op aanwijzing van de R&D Coordinator of Product Developers;\nOndersteunen van Product Developers bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van klant- en productontwikkelingsprojecten;\nBeheren en op orde houden van de grondstoffenvoorraad in de testkeuken;\nBestellen, registreren en afboeken van grondstoffen in onze systemen;\nLabelen, registreren en verzendklaar maken van samples;\nVerzenden van samples volgens de procedures binnen het samplemanagementsysteem;\nZorgdragen voor een nette, hygiënische en goed georganiseerde testkeuken en bijbehorende ruimtes;\nSignaleren wanneer grondstoffen, materialen of andere benodigdheden moeten worden aangevuld;\nOndersteunen van het R&D-team waar nodig.\nWie zoeken wij?\nVoor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, zorgvuldig werkt en het prettig vindt om verschillende werkzaamheden te combineren.\nJe beschikt over:\nMbo werk- en denkniveau;\nEen praktische en nauwkeurige werkhouding;\nHet vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen;\nEen goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;\nBasiskennis van Microsoft Office en de vaardigheid om met verschillende computersystemen te werken;\nGoede samenwerkingsvaardigheden: je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een team.\nErvaring binnen R&D, productontwikkeling of de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn jouw motivatie, nauwkeurigheid en praktische instelling minstens zo belangrijk.\nWat bieden wij?\nJe komt terecht in een internationale organisatie waar volop wordt gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van producten voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
