This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving environment, where you will play a key role in supporting service account management, coordinating maintenance operations, and ensuring smooth service delivery. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in service project coordination, documentation preparation, supplier communication, and process management. Preferably, you have experience or knowledge of service coordination or maintenance operations. The ideal start date for this role is ASAP.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the Service Account Manager in daily service coordination and administrative tasks.\nPrepare and maintain service and maintenance documentation in a timely manner.\nCoordinate with suppliers to confirm and track daily maintenance progress.\nOrganize and process spare parts request forms, and update delivery lead times on a weekly basis.\nSupport and streamline service process workflows to improve operational efficiency.\nAssist in handling service-related inquiries and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders.\nWho are we looking for?\nYou are an energetic, self-motivated individual who takes ownership, can work independently and think outside of the box. In addition:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Logistics Management and engineering (preferred)\nFluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written).
