The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote work and periodic on-site collaboration.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.\n\n- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.\n\n- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles.\n\n- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.\n\n- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize cost and performance.\n\n- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.\n\n- Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).\n\n- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery planning.\n\n- Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).\n\n- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 4 to 10 years of experience in Tech Lead, DevOps, SRE, or related roles.\n\n- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).\n\n- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).\n\n- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).\n\n- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).\n\n- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).\n\n- Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.\n\n- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with microservices architecture.\n\n- Knowledge of security practices (DevSecOps).\n\n- Exposure to serverless technologies.\n\n- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration
