We're looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Group Supply Chain team and help ensure our factories have the right materials, at the right time, to deliver exceptional service to our customers.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Supply Chain Planner, you'll be responsible for planning raw materials, packaging, and production schedules to support both chilled and frozen manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with teams across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, NPD and Process to ensure demand is accurately translated into supply plans while maintaining efficient stock levels and minimising waste.\nThis is a varied role that combines materials planning, production scheduling, data analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and making a tangible impact on business performance.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManaging raw material and packaging requirements through ERP and MRP systems. \nCoordinating supplier call-offs and deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels. \nPlanning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.\nWorking closely with production teams to maximise efficiency and minimise changeovers. \nManaging material changeovers and promotional requirements while reducing obsolescence. \nInvestigating and resolving invoice and supplier queries. \nProducing KPI reports, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions. \nMaintaining accurate master data and supporting forecasting activities. \nReviewing storage capacities and associated costs to drive efficiencies. \nCreating and updating SOPs to support continuous improvement initiatives. \nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Production Planning or similar role.\nExperience within FMCG, food manufacturing, frozen, chilled or other fast-paced manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial. \nStrong understanding of ERP and MRP systems. \nAdvanced Excel skills and strong IT literacy. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nA highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. \nA passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.\nWhat can we offer you?\nOption to purchase additional annual leave\nA day off work to support our charity partners\nFlexible working options\nPension\nMedical benefit\nAnd access to a HUB that offers many discounts from a range of suppliers and retailers\nAbout The Hain Celestial Group\nHain Celestial Group is a leading health and wellness company whose purpose is to inspire healthier living for people, communities and the planet through better-for-you brands.
