As we grow, we’re looking for a NetSuite Developer who can design and build solutions that stand up to real operational complexity. \nWhat You’ll Do The NetSuite Developer builds the backbone of our client solutions. You are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable NetSuite customizations and integrations that power real-world operations. You work closely with consultants, integration engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions. This is not a ticket-taking role — you are expected to think in systems, challenge weak designs, and build solutions that hold up under growth. \nKey Responsibilities Design and develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (2.x), Suitelets, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk.\nBuild and maintain integrations between NetSuite and eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, WMS, POS systems, and other external applications.\nDevelop and optimize Celigo integrator.io flows and custom integration components. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture.\nSupport core ERP processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Financials.\nDesign and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations using JSON, XML, and related protocols.\nPerform technical testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nDocument technical designs, integration mappings, and deployment procedures clearly and thoroughly. \nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business objectives and delivery standards. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Hairball development best practices.\nWho You AreNetSuite Builder: 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript 2.x, RESTlets, and web services. You understand how NetSuite works beyond surface configuration.\nIntegration-Oriented: Experience building integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce, 3PLs, or other SaaS platforms.\nBusiness-Aware Technologist: Strong understanding of ERP concepts including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and financial workflows. You don’t just write code — you understand what the business is trying to accomplish. \nSystems Thinker: You design for scale, data integrity, and long-term maintainability. Problem Solver: Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning incomplete requirements into working solutions.\nClear Communicator: Able to explain technical decisions to functional consultants and clients without hiding behind jargon.\nAccountable: You own your deliverables and stand behind your work. \nPreferred Skills Experience with Celigo integrator.io (Level 3/4 certification is a plus). Strong JavaScript and SQL skills. Experience with SuiteCloud development framework. Familiarity with subscription billing, returns management, or complex fulfillment models. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments. NetSuite certifications are a plus, but demonstrated delivery experience matters more. \nWhy Hairball?
