If so, then we’d like you to join our team as a Customer Sales & Service Representative. \nAbout the Role: \n You will: \nMeet or exceed the sales targets established by your manager.\nWork with your Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets. \nAccurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone and in person sales transactions.\nAssist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.\nFind innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor. \nGenerate sales leads that develop into new customers.\nIdentify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.\nInvestigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.\nSupport Sales activities and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center team.\nAssist co-workers in servicing customers, including answering incoming calls, stocking merchandise in the warehouse, and pulling orders for delivery.\nCommunicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk.\nSuccessfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.\nInvestigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.\nPerform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.\n\nAbout You: \nMinimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales;
