# Inside Sales & Service Representative

About the Role: You will: Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager. Work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets. Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions. Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center. Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers. Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions. Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
