If so, we’d like you to join our team as an Inside Sales & Service Representative. \nAbout the Role: \n You will: \nMeet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager. \nWork with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets.\nAccurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.\nAssist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center. \nFind innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor. \nGenerate sales leads that develop into new customers. \nIdentify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions. \nInvestigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. \nSupport Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center team. \nCommunicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk. \nSuccessfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.\nPerform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.\n About You: \n1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales;
