Learn about the processes involved in establishing and exceeding sales goals, assisting customers, and documenting sales.\nPerform tasks that support sales functions. Engage in a variety of sales-related tasks including but not limited to attending sales meetings, processing sales orders and bids, serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to promote value-added products and services.\nEffectively listen, communicate, and interact with coworkers, customers, and vendors. \nConfidently assist customers and/or business partners.\nActively pursue opportunities to learn a variety of business functions and why they are important.\nMake a difference by impacting the business in a positive way through daily work and/or business projects.\nSuccessfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.\nPerform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.\nAbout You: \nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or a recent graduate within the last 60 days.\nOur ideal candidate will also: \nBe able to excel in a wide range of tasks and showcase both interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.\nPossess excellent customer service, communication, telephone, and listening skills, as well as the ability to persuade\nHave previous exposure to sales, customer service, and/or operations (a plus). \nBe able to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.\nPossess a high level of organization and attention to detail and accuracy.\nBe able to learn and operate the computer-related systems used for sales operations.\nBe able to prioritize work projects and multi-task.\nBe able to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email and to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports and customer contact files, and to analyze customer data.\nBe able to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, teammates, vendors, and co-workers.\nRead, write, speak, and understand English. \nBe able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
