GTM Center, Learning Platform & Onboarding\nWork with Halborn Lab and HR to develop the Learning & Development component of the GTM Center portal.\nImplement role-based learning architecture in the GTM Center and update modules as solutions change.\nIntroduce assessments, certifications and recertification, supported by gamification and engagement tracking.\nMaintain onboarding curricula for newly hired AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Advisory consultants.\nExtend the solution curriculum for onboarding with Halborn's markets, financial services, digital assets, the competitive landscape, customer use cases and sales positioning.\nThe Director owns content, curriculum and learning outcomes.
