You’ll support process improvements and help strengthen data integrity within our artwork workflows. This position offers international collaboration and great opportunities to grow and develop.\nIf you're ready to grow your expertise and take a key role in driving our global artwork processes, apply today and join our Artwork Hub in Warsaw.\nKey responsibilities\nDeliver all artwork creation and approval activities, including creating project plans and timelines, assigning deliverables, tracking status, and managing escalations. \nEnsure GxP process compliance to provide accurate and on-time artwork. \nAct as a subject matter expert in the artwork management system and provide training and guidance to relevant functions. \nManage the resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones. \nAttend project meetings and communicate with Studio counterparts as required. \nAct as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system. \nSupport initiatives to improve data integrity across the end-to-end process, partnering with other functions as needed. \nProvide recommendations and business cases for procedural and service improvements, and support the implementation of process enhancements. \nYour profile\n2+ years of professional experience \nExperience in at least three of the following areas: artwork coordination, packaging design, external studio, printers, logistics, manufacturing, GxP processes, FMCG, or other related supply operations \nExperience with SAP or Veeva is highly regarded but not essential \nAbility to deliver operational excellence and coordinate complex tasks \nStrong stakeholder management skills \nProject management capabilities, including issue mitigation and escalation \nExcellent communication skills \nAdvanced English (C1 level); proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage \nWhy Haleon?\nNone of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
