It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nJob Description\nThe SAPBTP Integration Expert is responsible for managing the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.\nThis role works closely with peer Integration Experts and Integration Manager, SAP Solution Owners, other ERP Technical teams, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and SI partners to deliver integration solutions that secure, resilient, compliant, performant, and future-ready and meet business requirements adhering to all best practices and Haleon organizational standards.\nThe successful candidate will develop and support integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CI), API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors, while contributing to integration modernization initiatives and supporting the migration of existing SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP BTP Integration Suite. The role is expected to primarily work independently on assigned deliverables and actively contribute to continuous improvement of the integration platform and development practices, while providing expert guidance to larger Integration teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegration Solution Design & Delivery\nDesign and develop integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, SFTP, and B2B scenarios.\nDevelop robust and scalable integration architectures that support business requirements and enterprise standards.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs and integration specifications.\nEnsure all technical developments comply with SAP and organizational development standards, security requirements, and best practices.\nProvide expert guidance to larger Integration team and vendor partner’s team members.\nSAP BTP Integration Suite Development\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Integration Flows (iFlows).\nConfigure and utilize SAP adapters including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SuccessFactors, SFTP, JDBC, and other supported adapters.\nDevelop integrations involving SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, files, messaging, and event-driven architectures.\nBuild and publish APIs using SAP API Management and implement security policies including OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and Client Certificate Authentication.\nDevelop both synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios.\nPlatform Operations & Support\nSupport existing SAP PI/PO integrations while driving migration to SAP BTP Integration Suite.\nTroubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.\nEnsure platform stability, availability, performance, vulnerability management, keep environment current activities including regular patching and upgrades and operational excellence.\nEnsure the Integration platform is secure, resilient, compliant, performant, and future-ready.\nProvide production support, cutover assistance, hyper-care, and post-go-live activities.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as the primary liaison between integration teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners.\nCollaborate closely with Security, Infrastructure, Basis, SAP Functional, and Application Support teams.\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with implementation partners and service providers.\nSupport project planning, estimation, risk identification, and delivery governance activities.\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate constantly with SAP on SAP’s Integration platform and its roadmap.\nStay up to date with SAP Integration Suite innovations, releases, and industry’s best practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve integration capabilities.\nContribute to integration modernization initiatives involving APIs, Event Mesh, cloud-native integration patterns, and automation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills\nSAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors), SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO)\nAPI Design and Management\nREST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, Proxy Interfaces\nB2B/EDI Integration\nSFTP and File-Based Integration\nSAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC Integration\nSAP Ariba, SAP Concur, Salesforce, and other SaaS integrations\nOAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, Certificates, and API Security\nMessage Mapping, XSLT, Groovy Scripting, and Integration Patterns\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n5 + years of experience in SAP integration technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (IS) and Cloud Integration (CPI)\nExperience with SAP PI/PO implementation, support, or migration projects.\nProven experience delivering full lifecycle integration projects, including design, build, testing, deployment, and support.\nExperience integrating SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications including API Integration, B2B/EDI Integration, A2A Integrations scenarios in a large-scale SAP landscape.\nExposure to SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration scenarios.\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-10-05Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
