内容运营与直播支持实习生
岗位职责：
1. KOC 规模化运营： 协助上级制定针对 KOC 的内容策略与信息矩阵，管理更大规模
的 KOC 分发体系，并持续迭代高效的内容转化模型。
2. 品牌自播间支持： 深度参与品牌自有直播间的运营工作，协助进行直播脚本策
划、选品排品建议及直播流程优化。
3. 效果优化与复盘： 监控直播及短视频内容的数据表现（GMV、ROI、CTR 等），协
助进行投流素材优化与复盘，提升投入产出比。
4. 流程管理： 协助处理直播及内容合作相关的采购订单（PO）及预算流程。
任职要求 ：
1. 本科及以上在读学生，对国内电商生态（抖音电商、淘宝直播、小红书等）有深入
了解。
2. 直播爱好者： 经常观看直播带货，对直播间话术、节奏、玩法有独到理解，有直
播间中控或场控经验者加分。
3. 数据敏感： 具备极强的数据敏感度，做事逻辑清晰，能从数据中发现问题并提出
优化建议。
4. 执行力强： 能够适应快节奏的电商工作环境，细心负责，能高效处理多线程任
务。
5. 具备良好的文案功底和审美能力，熟练使用 PS/PR 等工具者优先。
6. 能保证每周至少 4 天及以上的实习时间，能持续实习 3-6 个月。
