It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a motivated and analytical CMO Procurement Intern to support the China/APAC CMO Procurement team.\nThe intern will gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end procurement process, supporting supplier management, sourcing activities, commercial analysis, new product introduction (NPI) projects, and procurement operations across consumer healthcare categories.\nThis role is particularly suited to someone interested in procurement, supply chain, contract manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare industries.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Sourcing & Supplier Management\nSupport RFQ/RFP preparation, quotation collection, and supplier comparison.\nAssist with supplier market research and identification of potential CMO partners.\nMaintain supplier information, commercial documentation, and sourcing records.\n2. Cost & Commercial Analysis\nConsolidate supplier quotations and terms\nAssist the team in tracking cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.\n3. New Product & CMO Projects\nSupport procurement activities for new product introduction and CMO sourcing projects.\nCoordinate information with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.\nSupport preparation for supplier workshops, business reviews, and project meetings.\n4.
