You will identify a vision and prioritize objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class.\nYou’ll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.\nJob purpose\nFinance Analyst responsible for inventory reconciliations and financial analysis execution via accounting systems and analytical tools related to Inventory finance for Americas Region at Haleon. Achieve quality and accuracy data on Haleon import costing, local added value impacts, supporting senior finance accountant on controlling activities at all levels (including C&C/Operational Center in India). Finance Analyst promoting improvement initiatives, standardization and ensuring financial controls, looking for high quality results based on Haleon values/expectations.\nSpecific activities & functions\nProvide Inventories KPIs data\nUnderstanding Inventory Finance E2E Process\nClose communication internal/external stakeholders (raise any risks on time)\nContinuous improvement\nPerform daily/monthly analysis on inventory tasks and backup plan\nAnalyze and prepare journal entries\nAnnual Inventory Revaluation execution, based on market responsibility\nMonthly balance sheet analysis, review and approval following HALEON Policies/Guidelines.\nQuality financial validations/proactive actions prior/current month end close\nMonthly fulfilment of internal controls\nIssues follow up from MEC monthly meeting\nCoordinate SOP updates/Any internal control requirements per ICFW-HALEON Guideline\nFinancial analysis as per business needs\nTechnical & Analytical Requirements:\nGraduated from a Technical school (Cost Accounting preferable)\nUniversity career completed (Bachelor) or to be completed- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.\n5 yrs experience in the accounting or share service field/cost accounting.\nMS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel.\nAdvanced English level (NA: >90%, Latam: >80%). Portuguese plus.\nAt least 2 areas of expertise within HALEON (for internal candidates).\nAnalytical data skills and decision making, based on facts.\nAbility to organize and understand financial data on excel spreadsheets.\nAble to understand business needs, promote open conversations and achieve goals.\nRequire Supervision:\nFollow Haleon Values & Expectations\nHigh technical knowledge/critical thinking\nBe aware of Haleon Guidelines/Policies\nWorks under low to minimal supervision.
