The role involves developing an optimal promotional program for our customers, ensuring excellent in-store execution of all promotions and brand themes, and supporting the development of strategic brand and account plans. The Customer Marketing Manager will be a strategic partner for Key Account Managers and Brand Managers, creating joint business planning and serving as the key contact person for retailers' category and trade marketing management.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead promotional projects for OTC for one of our major retailers in the Benelux based on shopper insights and retail analyses together with the NRM team.\nManage deadlines for promo development and act as the key contact for 3rd party agencies.\nSupport joint business planning and ensure effective execution of promotional calendars.\nDrive in-store excellence measurements and operational excellence.\nResponsible for the execution of the marketing mix, driving conversion while being consistent with Haleon customer and brand positioning.\nContinuously improve the effectiveness of in-store POS materials and find new ways to drive category growth with key retailers.\nBuild strong key account and brand plans together with Brand Marketing and Key Account Manager.\nAnalyze market data information and promotional effectiveness, and determine knowledge gaps in shopper behavior.\nSupport the Customer Marketing team in their day-to-day activities to ensure an aligned Customer Marketing strategy for BNL.\nQualifications and skills:\n1-2 years of proven experience in customer marketing, project management, and promotional development.\nStrong understanding of shopper insights, retail analyses, and key account strategies.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to manage budgets and analyze promotional effectiveness.\nAbility to build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.\nInnovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving category growth.\nFull professional proficiency in Dutch, English is needed on-top.\nWe Offer:\nAn exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on global health.\nA recognition program celebrating employees' contributions.\nGenerous Holiday Allowance.\nSupport for car/public transport commute allowance.\nComprehensive paternity/maternity leave cover.\nSupport for remote work arrangements.\nFlexibility in work schedule to accommodate personal needs.\nCompetitive pension scheme.\nInternational career development opportunities.\n\nEUR 50,842.00 - EUR 69,908.30\n\nThe salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
