It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nRole description\nThe DACH Brand Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for bringing brand strategies to life through best-in-class execution and effective cross-functional collaboration. This role coordinates local brand initiatives, manages day-to-day brand operations, and helps ensure that marketing activities are executed consistently and effectively to drive business performance and brand growth in the DACH market.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute local brand plans and marketing initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution and delivering activities on time, within budget, and in line with brand objectives. \nSupport the Senior Brand Manager in driving brand performance, contributing to portfolio projects, innovation launches, and the implementation of growth initiatives. \nManage day-to-day brand operations, including brand administration, marketing budget tracking, agency coordination, and support of digital commerce and media performance management. \nImplement and localize global and regional brand toolkits, ensuring consistent execution of brand assets and campaigns across all consumer and customer touchpoints. \nMonitor and analyze brand performance, collecting and consolidating consumer, customer, market, and competitive insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Shopper & Customer Marketing, Finance, Expert, and external partners, to ensure seamless delivery of local brand initiatives and business objectives. \nQualifications & Experience\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or a related field \nRelevant experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or a related commercial role \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into effective actions and business outcomes \nProven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple stakeholders and external agency partners \nStrong communication and project management skills \nFluency in German and English \nPreferred Qualifications\nPassion for brand building and delivering outstanding consumer and customer experiences \nHands-on, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership \nHigh learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment \nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality execution \nExperience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to drive projects from concept through execution and evaluation \nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-08Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
