AI, Data Science and Machine learning are critical elements of our digital strategy. We are investing to build best in class data science capabilities, so our AI solutions deliver impact and meet our Responsible AI requirement\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in creating, evolving, and developing data science models for Marketing and Consumer Insights teams (Marketing Mix Modelling, Attribution Models, Personalisation, Digital and non-Digital marketing measurement etc)\n\nWork closely with product owners, data engineers and machine learning engineers to deliver high quality data science powered solutions to interesting problems\n\nHelp prepare datasets to train and validate machine learning models\n\nDefine and implement metrics to evaluate the performance of the models\n\nSupport the deployment of machine learning models on our infrastructure\n\nLeverage third-party, syndicated and media data to provide insights on media effectiveness, creative effectiveness, promotions and pricing to key stakeholders and specifically for joint business operations\n\nDrive marketing automation, e.g. audience targeting and profiling, content production, digital marketing campaigns optimization…\n\nConceive and implement statistical models and Multi-Variate Tests to measure the impact of business decisions and market disruptions to surface empirical insights\n\nTeamwork\nContribute to a highly collaborative team with a culture of openness and ownership\n\nWork closely with key stakeholders on business objectives\n\nEnable collaboration by contributing to the development of our AI foundations and reusable assets for Forecasting, Optimization, Segmentation, Attribution Models and Experimentation\n\nPerform code reviews and ensure exceptional code quality\n\nManage & mentor junior data scientists & apprentices\n\nHelp building a culture of responsible AI, good governance, and ethics\n\nQualifications & Skills\nMS or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or another relevant discipline with a strong foundation in modelling and computer science.\n\nIndustry experience with developing machine learning models and creating software pipelines to build and make predictions with those models\n\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-03Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
