As part of our Digital & Technology transformation, we are creating Delivery Lead roles across key technology domains to strengthen portfolio delivery, governance and strategic execution.\nWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead within the CTO Function to oversee a significant portfolio of technology programmes and projects supporting Haleon's global infrastructure landscape.\nThis is a highly visible leadership role responsible for coordinating the delivery of projects spanning cloud platforms, networks, identity services, digital workplace technologies and end-user computing. Working across a complex global environment, you will provide oversight of multiple concurrent initiatives, manage competing priorities, and ensure delivery activities align with enterprise standards, governance requirements and business objectives.\nThis role is suited to a senior technology delivery professional who is comfortable operating in complex, enterprise-scale environments, coordinating multiple programmes simultaneously and providing clear, reliable leadership across a highly matrixed organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading the delivery oversight of a significant portfolio of Core Technology programmes and projects.\nCoordinating multiple concurrent initiatives across cloud, networking, identity, digital workplace and end-user computing platforms.\nManaging delivery dependencies across business functions, technology teams and third-party suppliers.\nEnsuring projects are planned, prioritised and sequenced appropriately within the wider Digital & Technology portfolio.\nProviding visibility of portfolio status, risks, issues, milestones and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.\nOverseeing the integration of delivery plans into a single consolidated Digital & Technology roadmap.\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nDemonstrated success leading technology delivery within large multinational organisations.\nStrong understanding of cloud-first infrastructure environments.\nExperience managing enterprise-scale technology portfolios and complex programme landscapes.\nProven ability to manage interdependencies across multiple concurrent technology initiatives.\nExperience supporting infrastructure and technology delivery within complex regulated environments.\nStrong governance, portfolio management, planning, risk and dependency management capability.\nDesirable\nExperience within Life Sciences, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices sectors.\nExperience operating within GxP-regulated environments.\nExperience supporting technology delivery for manufacturing operations and global manufacturing sites.\nUnderstanding of ERP platforms and associated infrastructure landscapes.\nKnowledge of technology delivery in China and other complex international markets.\nPRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent programme and project delivery qualifications.\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-10-05Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
