It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout the role\nThe Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing will own and evolve a portfolio of digital manufacturing platforms supporting 23 production sites globally, with a focus on Data Historian, OEE and Connected Worker solutions.\nAs part of our digital transformation journey, you will work with teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to deliver secure, scalable and compliant solutions that improve manufacturing performance and unlock business value. This role combines product leadership, stakeholder engagement and technology expertise to shape the future of manufacturing technology across the organisation.\nProduct Delivery & Platform Modernisation\nLead cross-functional delivery teams to prioritise and implement product backlog items.\nDeliver intuitive, adoption-led solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.\nPartner with manufacturing sites, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.\nDrive platform modernisation initiatives that improve scalability, reliability and user experience.\nQuality, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with security, risk, data governance and applicable regulatory standards.\nIdentify and manage delivery, operational and vendor-related risks.\nSupport the delivery of secure and resilient manufacturing technology solutions.\nService Management & Lifecycle Ownership\nOwn the full product lifecycle, from strategy and delivery through support, optimisation and retirement.\nDefine support models, service levels and escalation processes.\nAlign priorities across manufacturing sites, OT teams, Architecture and Infrastructure functions.\nEnsure products deliver measurable value throughout their lifecycle.\nAdoption, Change & Ways of Working\nDrive adoption of digital manufacturing capabilities across global sites.\nPromote product-centric ways of working and continuous improvement practices.\nSupport change management activities to maximise business value and user engagement.\nDemand, Roadmap & Value Management\nOwn demand intake, prioritisation and roadmap development.\nManage product budgets and track value realisation.\nPartner with business stakeholders to define Proof of Value initiatives and support investment decisions.\nBalance local site requirements with global platform priorities.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience working with Data Historian, OEE, MES, Connected Worker or similar manufacturing technology platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SQL, APIs and reporting tools such as Power BI.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing data flows, system integrations and shop-floor technologies.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical, performance and reliability issues.\nQualifications and Skills\nEssential\nBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.\nSignificant experience in technology, including product management and manufacturing technology platforms.\nExperience delivering digital products within manufacturing, industrial or consumer goods environments.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.\nFamiliarity with GxP-regulated environments and an understanding of validation and compliance requirements.\nPreferred\nExperience with OT environments, industrial networks and shop-floor connectivity.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, service management and product operating models.\nExperience with GxP, validation requirements or Unified Namespace (UNS) environments.\nExperience working in global organisations supporting multiple manufacturing sites.\nWhy Haleon?\nNone of us should ever feel like we’re standing still.
