The Business Integration Lead plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Early Engagement Coordinator supports the delivery of transformation activities by coordinating early engagement and market readiness activities across markets and functions ahead of programme deployment.\nWorking closely with Early Engagement Lead, Deployment Leads, Change Teams and programme teams, the role supports the planning and coordination of engagement activities, workshops, immersion sessions, readiness discussions and market communications to help markets prepare for upcoming changes.\nEarly Engagement & Market Readiness\nSupport the coordination and delivery of early engagement and mobilisation activities across regions and functions ahead of deployment phases.\n\nSupport the coordination of workshops, readiness discussions and engagement activities to support awareness and understanding of programme changes.\n\nGather and document local market, function insights, stakeholder feedback, operational considerations and emerging risks to support engagement and deployment planning.\n\nSupport the coordination of market immersion activities, engagement plans and readiness discussions aligned to deployment timelines.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Coordination\nSupport the coordination of meetings, engagement sessions and forums across global markets and functions.\n\nMaintain stakeholder lists, engagement schedules, actions and follow ups to support effective programme coordination.\n\nWork closely with Communications, Change and programme teams alongside market and functional contacts, to support timely sharing of updates, decisions and engagement materials.\n\nEngagement Support & Planning\nMaintain engagement trackers, feedback logs, action registers and status updates to support programme reporting and planning activities.\n\nConsolidate engagement feedback, risks and actions to support programme decision making and planning.\n\nWork collaboratively with Early Engagement Lead and programme teams to support alignment of engagement activities with deployment milestones and implementation plans.\n\nExperience and Key Competencies:\nExperience supporting change transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment with evolving priorities.\n\nExposure to large scale or multi country change initiatives, working with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.\n\nStrong communication and engagement skills.\n\nExperience supporting engagement activities across multiple communication channels.\n\nAbility to gather organise and communicate qualitative insights, feedback and operational considerations clearly and effectively.\n\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large-scale transformation programmes would be beneficial\n\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-13Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
