You will partner closely with Executive Search Leads to drive search execution, candidate and stakeholder experience, data accuracy, reporting, market intelligence, and process excellence.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong exposure to executive/leadership hiring, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple senior-level searches in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecutive Search Delivery & Project Management\nCoordinate multiple executive searches from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines and key milestones remain on track.\nManage complex interview scheduling across senior stakeholders, candidates, and global teams.\nMaintain search trackers, candidate pipelines, reports, presentations, and other key deliverables.\nEnsure timely and seamless communication between Executive Search Leads, stakeholders, and candidates.\nTrack key search metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics, and conversion rates.\nLeverage dashboards and analytics to support better search decisions.\nProactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve search processes.\nCandidate & Stakeholder Experience\nDeliver a high-touch, discreet, and professional experience for leadership-level candidates.\nManage seamless interview journeys, including briefing, logistics, scheduling, communication, and feedback coordination.\nUse CRM insights and recruitment data to personalise candidate and stakeholder engagement.\nLeverage automation and digital tools while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience.\nData, Reporting & Market Intelligence\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date search and candidate data within CRM/ATS platforms.\nTranslate recruitment data into clear, actionable insights for Executive Search teams and stakeholders.\nSupport talent mapping across industries, competitors, organisations, and relevant leadership talent pools.\nGather market intelligence on prospective candidates, companies, and talent trends.\nMaintain internal talent intelligence and knowledge repositories.\nUse platforms such as LinkedIn Insights and CRM tools to support research and executive search delivery.\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nStandardise search templates, workflows, trackers, and best practices.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.\nMaintain high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and data privacy.\nContribute to digital transformation and automation initiatives within Executive Search.\nKey Skills & Experience\nPrior experience in an Executive Search Firm / Recruitment Agency is essential.\nDemonstrated experience supporting Executive / Leadership Hiring.\nExceptional organisational and project coordination skills.\nExperience managing multiple searches or projects simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence working with senior stakeholders and leadership-level candidates.\nHigh levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nStrong understanding of executive search processes, candidate pipelines, and stakeholder management.\nDigital & Analytical Capabilities\nData Literacy: Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and convert data into meaningful insights.\nDigital Fluency: Hands-on experience with CRM, ATS, recruitment, and productivity tools.\nAI Capability: Familiarity with tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to improve productivity and workflows.\nAnalytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities within search data.\nProcess Mindset: Strong focus on continuous improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiency.\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-09Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
