modernising commercial execution and elevating the pharmacy channel.\nDigital Experiences - enabling seamless, personalised engagement across customer and patient touchpoints to enable marketing transformation.\nRole Overview\nThe Experience Execution Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Haleon's digital experience platforms and consumer-facing execution capabilities, ensuring the successful delivery of global websites, personalization solutions, digital experience technologies, and associated platform services.\nWorking within the Commercial Digital Services Value Pool and in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Global Marketing teams, the role leads delivery across digital experience products and platforms, ensuring high-quality execution, platform stability, and value realization.\nThe Experience Execution Delivery Lead orchestrates product teams, engineering squads, service providers, and market stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nExperience Delivery Leadership & Ownership\nOwn end-to-end delivery of the Experience Execution portfolio, including website platforms, digital experience solutions, personalization capabilities, and associated technology products.\nLead delivery across multiple global markets, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities, engineering capacity, and market requirements.\nOversee integrated delivery plans across product, engineering, architecture, deployment, and operations teams.\nDrive successful execution of platform enhancements, releases, migrations, and capability launches.\nPlatform Delivery & Technical Execution\nLead delivery of website replatforming initiatives and digital experience platform capabilities.\nCoordinate engineering teams to ensure delivery quality, performance, resilience, and scalability.\nDrive execution of personalization, experimentation, customer experience, and engagement capabilities.\nEnsure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, technical standards, and cybersecurity requirements.\nDelivery Excellence & Operational Performance\nEnsure programme delivery meets agreed scope, timeline, quality, budget, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive adherence to Agile, SAFe, and modern product delivery practices.\nEstablish delivery metrics and performance reporting to monitor execution effectiveness.\nSupport transition into support and operational service models following deployment.\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\nServe as primary escalation point for delivery risks, technical issues, and cross-platform dependencies.\nLead mitigation and recovery planning for critical delivery challenges.\nManage dependencies across CRM, Data, Analytics, Commerce, Content, and Experience technology portfolios.\nStrategic Alignment & Value Realisation\nEnsure solutions align to digital experience strategy and product roadmaps.\nPartner with Product Managers and Value Assurance teams to realise measurable business value.\nSupport continuous optimisation and enhancement of digital experience capabilities.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations teams.\nProvide delivery visibility, governance updates, and decision support to senior stakeholders.\nPartner with Deployment and Adoption teams to support successful market launches and operational transition.\nQualifications & Experience\nBasic Qualifications\nExtensive experience leading large-scale digital platform and technology delivery programmes.\nStrong experience managing website platforms, digital experience ecosystems, or marketing technology solutions.\nProven leadership of engineering and cross-functional delivery teams in global organisations.\nExpertise in Agile, SAFe, and enterprise delivery frameworks.\nStrong capability in programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with web experience platforms, CMS, DAM, personalization engines, experimentation platforms, or customer engagement technologies.\nExperience within consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.\nSAFe, PMP, Prince2 Agile, or equivalent certification.\nExperience delivering complex digital experience transformations across multiple markets.\nLocation -
