It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nPlease note that only students currently enrolled in a university and able to provide a valid internship agreement will be considered for this position.\nWe are currently looking for a Facilities and Workplace Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Employee Experience team.\nDuration : 6 months\nYour Role at Haleon:\nWorkplace & Occupancy - Deployment of workplace occupancy standards across the site.\nDefine, implement and maintain occupancy standards across all workplace areas, including open spaces, meeting\nrooms, cafeterias and shared spaces.\nDevelop and communicate workplace standards to employees.\nMonitor compliance and performance of occupancy standards in collaboration with area owners\nMobility Process Optimization - Successful migration to the new workplace management tool\nLead the migration from the current workplace management solution to a new platform.\nEmployee Lifecycle Services - Improved onboarding and offboarding experience.\nManage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.\nSite Operations & Logistics - Optimized truck-access process at the gatehouse.\nOptimize truck-access processes\nCollaborate with security, logistics and operational teams to streamline site access management.\nInfrastructure & Asset Management - Full integration of infrastructure assets into InhubX\nDrive the integration of infrastructure equipment within a platform.\nEnsure accurate asset data, maintenance planning and lifecycle management.\nCommunication and event\nHelp to organize events\nCreate communication standards\nWhat we expect from you:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management, or a related field.\nOrganizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAnalytical mindset with good attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem solving.\nStrong communication skills.\nProactive and curious\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-03Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
