This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead a team, manage stakeholders, and ensure the seamless operation of MDM services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDM, be certified in ITIL and IDMC MDM, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.\nQuality Responsibilities: \nRead and understand all relevant Quality Management System documents and Operating Procedures relevant to your job role.\n\nPerform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with our Quality Management System requirements to ensure cGMP standards are maintained.\n\nQuality and Compliance:\nComply to departmental governance procedures.\n\nReport any issues and risk encountered as per department processes.\n\nEnsure any owned risks are mitigated.\n\nEnsure all owned CAPA’s and actions are completed within the agreed timeframe.\n\nAccountability:\nMDM Strategy and Implementation:\nLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of MDM solutions using Informatica Cloud (IDMC).\n\nDevelop and enforce MDM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.\n\nTeam Leadership:\nManage and mentor a team of MDM specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.\n\nFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.\n\nStakeholder Management:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for MDM-related inquiries and issues.\n\nService Management:\nOversee the day-to-day operations of MDM services, ensuring high availability and performance.\n\nImplement ITIL best practices to manage incidents, problems, and changes effectively.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance MDM efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MDM and Informatica Cloud.\n\nBusiness challenges:\nThe success of the Shared Services model requires a strong working relationship between the service analyst and customer to deliver a successful outcome. Ability to build confidence, demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, and have clear customer focus are critical in this role.\n\nPersonal challenges:\nManage time pressure and the balance of personal/family time and work time.\n\nBalance the needs of numerous customer groups and consistently making sound decisions.\n\nAdjusted working hours to work with sites in other time zones.\n\nSpecialized Knowledge:\nBasic Requirements:\nExperience:\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in Master Data Management (Product & Customer), with a focus on Informatica Cloud (IDMC).\n\nProven experience in managing teams and leading MDM projects.\n\nCertifications:\nITIL Certification.\n\nInformatica Cloud (IDMC) MDM Certification.\n\nSkills:\nCore MDM SaaS Configurations\nBusiness Entity Modelling i.e. expertise in designing extendible data models including complex hierarchies and relationships\n\nMatch & Merge Logic i.e. configuration of match rules, tuning and defining survivorship/trust rules\n\nData stewardship workflows i.e. designing and implementing governance workflows for reviews and exception handling\n\nIntegration & Orchestration\nCDI (Cloud data integration) Building high performance ingress/egress jobs using Informatica connections with source and target systems\n\nCAI (Cloud application integration) Building real time, event driven integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) to sync MDM data with operational systems like SAP or Salesforce\n\nProficiency in Pyhton, SQL and Java related to IDMC development\n\nIDMC Rest APIs\n\nIDMC CI/D using Source control integration (Git), use of Azure DevOps or GitHub for automation, IDMC rest APIs for checkin/out and pull code, code promotion flow\n\nInformatica transformation language\n\nXQuery functions and usage of them in IDMC\n\nStrong understanding of MDM principles and best practices.\n\nExcellent leadership and team management skills.\n\nProficient in stakeholder management and communication.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nAbility to speak and write English.\n\nAnalytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions.\n\nGood communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.\n\nAble to interact with and influence individuals.\n\nAble to work effectively in a matrix organization across geographies and cultures.\n\nStrong business knowledge of home site objectives and operations.\n\nUnderstanding of the Haleon Quality System and validation requirements, policies, procedures, and standards.\n\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-10-12Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
