It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nThe Innovation Sr. Program Manager leads end-to-end projects including new product development, packaging changes, new product claims, key process improvements and visual brand upgrades to drive business growth. You will own the governance process for innovations, manage cross-functional readiness and delivery of the innovation pipeline, and lead innovation performance tracking, post-launch reviews for their projects.\nRole Scope\nInnovation Readiness: ensure on time launches with high level of readiness across gate.\nRisk Management: Clear articulation of risk and mitigation signed off by key stakeholders at every stage gate.\nExecute with Excellence: Ensure delivery of the innovation on critical metrics of performance.\nProject team collaboration: Ensure team is performing to standard and delivering the innovation as per expectations.\nInnovation speed: Ensure ambition for agility and speed and enterprise risk are associated with making sound decisions for the project.\nRole Responsibilities\n\nManaging classification project from Ideate to Execute.\nEnsure high level of end-to-end readiness include commercial and technical.\nEnsure high-quality stage gate readiness and on time launches.\nEnsure post launch tracking and sharing learnings across multi-functional teams.\nEnsure seamless partnership across functions such as marketing, finance, R&D, QSC to deliver holistic readiness.\nGuide core teams to ensure timely decision making, effective stakeholder communication, adherence to applicable processes, contingency planning and execution.\nFacilitate functional area’s probability of success assessments in support of portfolio pipeline activities.\nEnsure proficiency in identifying issues and driving resolution with guidance.\nAssure comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation plans are in place for all projects.\nEnsure significant changes to the aligned business case are communicated rapidly and efficiently to appropriate leadership (via existing change control process)\nSeamless change management and documentation\nCo-drive gate readiness partnering closely with Project Accountable Lead and action any gate meeting outcomes with broader project team.\nCo-develop, align and track project budget and timelines, rapidly communicating variance.\nWhy you?\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.\n10 years of experience across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D or Innovation functions.\n2 years of Project Management experience.\nProject management experience in complex matrix organizations.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree, MBA or PhD in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.\nExperience within Consumer Healthcare, CPG, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device environments.\nPMP, Agile, Program Management or Portfolio Management preferred.\nStrong business leadership and commercial acumen.\nAbility to connect business objectives, technical possibilities and operational execution.\nInfluence without authority and effective executive stakeholder management.\nLocation: This is a hybrid-based position in Warren, NJ or London, UK, requiring on-site presence of 3 days per week.\nThe US Salary Range for this role is $138,584 - $190,554 USD + an 18% target bonus.\nThe UK Salary range for this role is €79,123 - €108,794 + an 18% annual target bonus.\nBenefits\nHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
