The role focuses on learning, training, and contributing to real IT environments under supervision.\nHaleon QSC network:\nManufacturing network of 24 sites and c. 200 CMOs (Contract Manufacturers)\nUsing 14,500 packaging components and 2,000 raw materials from over 2,000 vendors\n20000 SKUs to more than 100 markets in 14 Business Units\nPortfolio of consumer centric products across 35 distinct technology groups\nComplexity of 4000 formulations meeting different regulatory requirements with 13000 licenses\nNetwork of 150 distribution centers\nKey responsibilities\nTraining & Development\nFollow a structured IT training plan.\nParticipate in onboarding sessions.\nDevelop technical skills in systems, networking, programming, and cybersecurity.\nTechnical Support\nHandle incidents and service requests.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.\nDocument solutions and knowledge base articles.\nProject Participation\nSupport IT projects under supervision.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).\nAssist in operational project tasks.\nIT Operations\nPerform basic user and system administration tasks.\nSupport IT infrastructure and systems.\nFollow IT security and compliance best practices.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to process improvements.\nDocument internal knowledge.\nShow proactive learning and initiative.\nQualifications\nEssential\nStudies in IT or related field. \nBasic IT knowledge.
