The role has a direct impact on the Haleon strategy and goals. It is a key role in ensuring that the business strategy is delivered through an engaged, motivated and capable team. This role will ensure our site has highest standard in Environment, Health, Safety and Wellness (EHSW) and Quality.\nRole Responsibilities\nProvide overside and leadership of a team working within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production environment.\nFostering an environment that ensures adherence to standards for safety, quality, compliance and output. \nContinuously improve the capability of the team.\nEngaging and inspiring staff to understand the value they add by performing their responsibilities.\nEnsuring development plans are undertaken on a regular basis by using the Haleon approach.\nSets expectations on behavior and performance by proving regular feedback.\nIdentifying key talent and capabilities and apply to talent planning.\nResponsible for performance management.\nReview resources of area, including task assignment, and facilitation in the recruitment and hiring process.\nRole modeling the expected behaviors and standards for all staff.\nSetting target conditions, and delivering against this, to achieve improvements in performance.\nReal time issue identification and resolution involving staff.\nDrives problem solving process with staff and support functions.\nUnderstand the budget for the area. \nEnsuring adoption and adherence to the Leader Standard Work\nMaintains and interacts with Haleon systems (SAP, Pas-X, CH Pack, Workday).\nWhy you?\nBasic Qualifications:\nAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area (Preferred)\nHighschool Diploma or Equivalent with a combination of 5 years of relevant experience\n5+ years of Direct Supervising Experience.\n5+ years of Experience in a regulated Manufacturing Environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of Experience in the OSD Manufacturing field. Must have previous experience with compression, blending, coating and weighing. \nSelf Starter/Self Motivated, ability to work with little supervision. \nFlexibility to work extended hours and/or off shifts to achieve results. \nEffective communication skills (includes oral and written) to be used at all levels of the organization and ability to influence others to achieve results. \nAbility to utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions to business problems. \nProficient computer skills (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \nExperience with inventory control software (SAP). \nDemonstrated project management skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities in a leadership role. \nKnowledge of cGMP requirements and experience working in an FDA regulated environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to promote collaborative teamwork. \nAbility to conduct training sessions in a classroom or production floor environment. \nPractical experience with Quality initiatives including but not limited to: executing validation protocols, deviation reports, root cause analysis, and change control.\nBenefits\nHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
