Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, data governance, and technical delivery teams, the role ensures master data requirements are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and consistently applied.\nThis role focuses on business definitions, data standards, functional requirements, and process design, helping to ensure master data is accurate, consistent, governed, and fit for operational, analytical, and regulatory use. Make mass updates and changes to Informatica Master and Reference data following defined processes.\nKey responsibilities:\nMaster Data Requirements & Analysis\nWorking with MDM Functional Managers, elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to master data domains (e.g. Product, Customer, Supplier). \nSupport the translation of business needs into clear functional specifications, including data attributes, hierarchies, business rules, and lifecycle requirements. \nSupport the prioritisation and refinement of MDM requirements in alignment with business and regulatory needs. \nMaster Data Standards & Definitions\nWork with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Governance teams to define and maintain: \nMaster data definitions and reference data \nAttributes, hierarchies, and relationships \nBusiness rules and validation logic \nEnsure functional definitions are aligned across systems, regions, and use cases. \nProcess & Lifecycle Support\nSupport the design and documentation of end -to -end master data lifecycle processes, including creation, change, approval, and retirement. \nAssist in defining stewardship workflows, approvals, and exception handling processes. \nHelp ensure processes are practical, auditable, and consistently followed. \nCollaboration with Technical Teams\nSupport the definition of functional requirements during solution design, build, and testing phases. \nSupport functional testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. \nData Quality & Governance Alignment\nPartner with Data Quality teams to embed data quality rules, controls, and monitoring into master data processes. \nSupport governance activities by ensuring master data artefacts are properly documented and maintained. \nAssist with issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities. \nChange, Adoption & Continuous Improvement\nSupport communication, training, and adoption of master data processes and standards within the business. \nGather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. \nContribute to the ongoing maturity of Master Data Management and Data Governance capabilities. \nQualifications & Skills:\nWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals.\nStrong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, data domains, and lifecycle processes. \nSolid knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. \nProven ability to analyse business processes and translate them into clear data and functional requirements. \nStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences. \nStructured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capability.
