As a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, you will partner with the Site Leadership Team and their teams to build organizational capability, strengthen leadership, drive employee engagement, and support business performance.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence a site undergoing significant transformation, helping leaders navigate change while fostering a high-performing, inclusive and people-centric culture.\nRole Responsibilities\nPartner with Site Leadership Team members and their teams to deliver the site's people strategy and support business priorities.\nCoach and challenge leaders to enhance their leadership effectiveness, people management capability, and organizational performance.\nLead talent management activities including succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and capability building.\nDrive performance management processes, ensuring leaders are equipped to effectively manage performance, development, and accountability.\nDesign and implement leadership and capability-building initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness across all levels.\nChampion employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, inclusion, and change management initiatives.\nLead and manage complex Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, partnering with managers and key stakeholders to ensure compliant and pragmatic solutions.\nBuild strong partnerships with employee representatives and support local consultation processes where required.\nSupport organisational change initiatives, including transformations, workforce planning, and organisational design activities.\nPartner closely with Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, and Shared Services to deliver an excellent employee and manager experience.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across HR practices.\nContribute to the design and implementation of wider HR projects and strategic initiatives across Italy and the broader organisation.\nAct as a role model for Haleon's values and foster a culture focused on performance, care, and continuous improvement.\nAbout you\nEssential\nDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related discipline.\nFluent in Italian and English.\nSignificant HR Business Partnering experience within a complex and fast-paced environment.\nStrong experience managing Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters.\nExperience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple organisational levels.\nProven track record of leading organisational change and building leadership capability.\nBroad HR experience across talent management, performance, learning, engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.\nCommercial mindset and ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.\nStrong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment.\nProject and change management experience.\nPreferred\nExperience within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer health, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.\nExperience working in a unionised environment.\nQualification or certification in coaching, change management and/or organisational development.\nMaster's degree or MBA.\n\nEUR 56.425,00 - EUR 77.584,10\n\nThe salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
