As Multichannel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for establishing an integrated digital support network for the development of e-commerce channel partnering across Haleon. You will also develop and execute an integrated business plan while managing relationships with strategic partners and pilot initiatives. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nStrategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive on-platform performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Bigbasket, Swiggy and other e-comemerce platforms. • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics.\nPerformance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights.\nBudget Management: Utilize data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact. • Agency Management: Manage agency to implement performance marketing strategies.\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand and Design teams\nThird Party Stakeholder: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms teams to identify opportunities for growth.\nStay Updated: Stay informed with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.\n\nReporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to track progress towards goals and objectives and communicate insights to stakeholders.\nLead the digital capability for the brand teams as well as key stakeholders in other functional areas\nCreate and pilot e-commerce initiatives\nContinue to feed the customer insight to the commercial team’s brand strategy\nLead the 12-month digital operational plan to deliver the activities that build towards the longer-term strategy\nWhy you?\nWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:\nMBA Tier 1 colleges.\n3+ years in a large multi-national working environment.\n3+ year’s Marketing experience.\nExperience in multi-channel/digital marketing.\nOn platform experience on blinkit, amazon, flipkart etc.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nMBA (Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a Technology related field in Pharmaceuticals) consult manager on Technology related field experience\nDigital course work\nExpert in digital marketing channels in sales and marketing\nAbility to influence, challenge and gain credibility with senior commercial leaders\nDigital/social/interactive marketing experience with a clear commercial focus, including digital analytics and metrics\nExcellent communication skills, strong presentation and facilitation skills to explain/sell creative concepts\nProven track record of driving sales performance\nAgency management experience\nProficient in customer understanding and campaign development\nCapable of working across boundaries and functional areas\nFamiliarity with copy approval process\nExperience in the Pharma sector\nProject management experience\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-10Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
