At Haleon, we are transforming Quality and Supply Chain (QSC) through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and digital innovation. As an Analytics & Performance Lead, you will play a key role in helping business teams convert data into actionable insights that improve operational performance and support strategic decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.

Reporting into the Data Strategy Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and digital transformation programmes to deliver meaningful insights, measure business outcomes, and accelerate the adoption of analytics capabilities across QSC.

This role combines business understanding, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder engagement to ensure leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Deliver Actionable Performance Insights

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, analytical models, and reporting solutions that provide clear visibility of operational performance.
• Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and highlight risks and opportunities across Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Support business leaders with fact-based insights that improve decision-making and operational outcomes.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Support Process Analytics and Continuous Improvement

• Conduct process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operational teams to quantify performance challenges and measure improvement outcomes.
• Contribute analytical support for continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Use data to support prioritization of improvement opportunities and business decisions.

Enable Analytics Adoption

• Promote the effective use of analytics and reporting capabilities across QSC functions.
• Support stakeholders in understanding available data, metrics, and analytical tools.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to improve data literacy and self-service analytics adoption.
• Act as a trusted analytical advisor within assigned business areas.

Support Digital Transformation and Value Realisation

• Contribute to major transformation programmes by providing measurement frameworks, performance reporting, and business impact analysis.
• Help track benefits, outcomes, and value realization associated with digital initiatives.
• Ensure analytical outputs align with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Support the development of business cases through data-driven evidence and insight.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Performance & Process Analytics leaders, Digital Manufacturing teams, Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics standards, processes, and tools.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the analytics community.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience applying analytics, digital solutions, or AI to solve business and operational challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience improving supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, or operational performance.
• Experience developing and implementing data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, technical specialists, and delivery partners.
• Experience building capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, or team development.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience of enterprise systems, ideally including SAP ECC, SAP SCM, or comparable enterprise resource planning and supply-chain platforms.
• Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
• Experience applying analytics, AI, optimisation, or digital solutions within supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or FMCG environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data and analytics platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, intelligent automation, digital twins, or scenario modelling.
• Understanding of data management, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience supporting solution adoption, change, and capability building within operational teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and implementation.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest in emerging technologies and business innovation.
