It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout the Role:\nThe PL Employee Relations Manager is responsible for the consistent, fair and efficient management of Employee Relations (ER) cases within a defined region or country. The role ensures adherence to global policies, procedures and investigation standards, while partnering closely with local legal and compliance teams to manage ER matters and provide Employee Relations support for M&A activities, restructuring programmes and organizational change initiatives. The position reports to the Head of Employee Relations Services, People Services.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and close Employee Relations cases in line with global policies, procedures and investigation standards.\nInvestigate complex and serious Employee Relations cases, including cases outside the core region, country or business unit, as required.\nSupport consequence management in accordance with local legislation and organizational requirements.\nConduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and serious Employee Relations matters.\nAnalyze Employee Relations case data to identify trends, risks and underlying concerns.\nPartner with local legal and compliance teams to support compliant and consistent case management.\nProvide updates and recommendations on case outcomes to senior stakeholders.\nDeliver Employee Relations training to HRBPs and people managers based on case trends, insights and identified capability needs.\nProvide Employee Relations guidance and support for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring activities and organizational change initiatives within the assigned region.\nCollaborate with HRBPs, People Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent application of Employee Relations policies, practices and standards.\nRequirements:\nExperience in Employee Relations, including the management and resolution of complex Employee Relations cases.\nKnowledge of local labor law and Employee Relations policies and practices.\nAnalytical capabilities, including experience conducting root-cause analysis and interpreting case data to identify trends and insights.\nCommunication and facilitation skills, including experience delivering training and engaging with a range of stakeholders.\nStakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to build credibility and influence decision-making.\nExperience working in a global or regional Employee Relations environment is an advantage.\nExperience using case management systems and data analysis tools is preferred.\nExperience supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Employee Relations processes is preferred.\nKnowledge of compliance requirements, including local legal, fiscal and regulatory obligations, is an advantage.\nWhy Haleon?\nCareer at one of the leading global healthcare companies.\nAttractive reward package (annual bonus & awards for outstanding performance, recognition awards for additional achievements and engagement). \nExtensive support of work life balance (flexible working solutions including working from home possibilities, health & wellbeing activities).\nPrivate medical care - for employees and family members.\nP4P Partnership for Prevention. \nFamily benefits (extra parental leave, caregiver’s policy). \nLife insurance and pension plan. \nMultisport card or points on the Multicafeteria Benefits account. \nPersonalized learning approach. \nSupportive community and integration events. \nHybrid work. \n\nPLN 202 688,00 - PLN 278 696,00\n\nThe salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
