As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking a Process Development Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of agile, fit-for-purpose business processes and Written Standards.\nThis role will work closely with Business Process Owners, Training teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business processes are effectively documented, aligned to operational requirements, and supported by appropriate controls, governance, and training frameworks.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a process-focused professional who enjoys driving continuous improvement, collaborating across functions, and ensuring process documentation supports operational excellence within a complex global organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the development, review, and continuous improvement of business processes to ensure they remain agile, effective, and fit for purpose.\nIdentifying process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities while supporting mitigation and enhancement activities.\nGathering business requirements and translating them into clearly documented process maps, Written Standards, and supporting documentation.\nCollaborating with Business Process Owners to ensure process requirements are accurately reflected across relevant standards and procedures.\nPartnering with Training colleagues to develop and maintain process training programmes and learning curricula.\nWorking with cross-functional teams to establish streamlined documentation approaches with appropriate governance, controls, and accountability.\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nBachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience.\nExperience supporting business process development, process improvement, or process governance activities.\nStrong process mapping, documentation, and facilitation skills.\nExperience developing and maintaining Written Standards, procedures, or controlled documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical process solutions.\nDesirable\nExperience within Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Medical Affairs environments.\nExperience supporting audit readiness activities and inspection preparation.\nKnowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and continuous improvement methodologies.\nWhy Join Haleon?\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening process excellence and documentation standards across a global consumer health organisation.
