It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nJoin our Haleon Oral Health Process Engineering team based in Weybridge & Bankside, for a12-month Industrial Placement, starting in July 2027.\nAt a glance:\nIf you’re a second or third year university student eager to kickstart your career in process engineering, this is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, apply your skills, and contribute to the development of world-renowned oral care products like Aquafresh, Corsodyl, parodontax and Sensodyne.\nAs a Process Engineer placement student at Haleon you are responsible for supporting the maintenance of oral care products by changing formulations and/or processes and evaluation of materials and products around the world. You'll work on exciting projects with tight timelines that directly contribute to Haleon’s product launches in a competitive global market.\nYou’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving Oral Care products by optimising formulations, processes, and materials.\nThroughout your placement, you’ll gain valuable experience by:\nSupporting the team in conducting Raw Material, Process, and Technical Risk Assessments.\nDeveloping Batch Manufacturing Instructions and working on the design of experiments to drive process improvements.\nAssisting in scaling up processes from the lab to pilot plant and eventually to full manufacturing scale.\nParticipating in equipment validation and cleaning validation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.\nSupport formulation transfer activities and manufacturing validation at new sites. \nEducation Requirements:\nWe welcome applicants from all degree disciplines, however degrees in chemical or related engineering disciplines are particularly advantageous for this placement.\nIf you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) or an Integrated Masters Degree and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.
