It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout the role\nOro Labs procurement orchestration platform is Haleon’s solution for triaging procurement requirements and providing TPRM for suppliers.\nAs a Product Expert for Procurement Orchestration tool within Digital & Technology, you will be responsible for keeping the application compliant with Haleon’s best practices and defining, implementing, and optimizing our buying strategy across Haleon, in line with the priorities of our business teams and maximizing value for money over the lifecycle of the product.\nOro will be becoming a SOx-relevant (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) application, this role is also pivotal in ensuring we comply with SOx requirements by embedding robust control frameworks into product operations - this may span designing and implementing controls to overseeing training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. This SOx Compliance ensures our financial reporting applications are secure, reliable, and auditable - minimising risk and supporting regulatory integrity.\nYou will join our Corporate Functions Technology team, reporting directly to the D&T Head of Indirect Procurement.\nRole Responsibilities\nProduct Vision & Strategy\nDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities, regulatory requirements, and user needs.\n\nChampion innovation by identifying opportunities for new features, integrations, or process improvements that drive business value.\n\nRequirements & Documentation Management\nLead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, security, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness.\n\nProject & Delivery Management\nOversee end-to-end delivery of Oro Lab solutions, including deployment, upgrades, enhancements and integration to SAP ECC (S4HANA), SAP GRC and SAP Ariba.\n\nManage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and budgets.\n\nManage all system changes by following the Haleon change management procedure, ensuring traceability for auditors on any system changes made.\n\nCoordinate across functional teams (Tech, HR, Procurement, Finance, external vendors) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.\n\nStakeholder and Vendor management\nEngage proactively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate product changes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.\n\nManage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring and escalation of service issues.\n\nFacilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.\n\nCompliance, Risk & Security\nEnsure robust compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOx, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards.\n\nEmbed risk management practices into product operations, including regular risk assessments, mitigation planning, and audit preparation and support.\n\nEnsure our controls operate effectively and that any control or audit findings are remediated as per agreed timelines\n\nMaintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical applications.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nAct as a subject matter expert for Oro Labs, providing guidance and support to end users, stakeholders and Tech colleagues.\n\nLead user adoption initiatives, including training, communication, and support for continuous improvement such as automation, new features or process changes.\n\nBasic Skills\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field\n\n12+ years of total experience\n\nMinimum 8+ years’ experience with SAP Ariba, including configuration, integration, and administration.\n\nExperience of working in a Procurement Orchestration tool such as Oro, Zip, Tonkean, SAP Joule or similar.\n\nVery strong experience in building interfaces SAP Ariba APIs.\n\nStrong experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Buying and Guided Buying, Sourcing and Contracts\n\nDeep understanding of Procurement management, TPRM and Buying processes.\n\nGood experience with SAP ECC and S4/HANA, especially HR Mini Master and integrations with Ariba.\n\nStrong experience of designing and/or operating SOx controls.\n\nExperience of working with compliance and control frameworks, and of preparing for and supporting application audits (internal and external)\n\nProven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.\n\nExperience working with and managing third-party service providers and software vendors.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nExperience in designing secure, robust interfaces.\n\nExposure to AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Azure, and Data Lake platforms, would be advantageous.\n\nSAP Ariba certification and/or SAP Procurement related certifications are a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.\n\nExposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience working with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.\n\nLocation: This role is based out of Bangalore.\nPlease save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-10-31Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
