It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout the Role\nThe Product Manager -Core HCM is part of the Enterprise Applications / HR, Legal & Compliance Systems team within the Digital & Tech (D&T) CTO organization.\nThis role is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving Workday Core HCM capabilities, ensuring global HR processes, worker data, organizational structures, and security are standardized, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.\nRole Responsibilities\nDefine and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday Core HCM\nLead prioritisation, planning, and end-to-end delivery of Core HCM capabilities using Agile and waterfall methodologies\nDesign, configure, and optimize Workday Core HCM business processes, including hire, change job, transfer, termination, and contingent worker lifecycle processes\nProvide functional leadership and guidance to product teams, architects, and stakeholders on Workday Core HCM design and feasibility\nEnsure Core HCM solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX)\nOwn and maintain functional and technical artifacts such as design specifications, configuration workbooks, process documentation, and continuity plans\nManage the product lifecycle including requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and Workday release updates\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and security of worker, organization, position, job, and foundational HR data\nMonitor product performance, measure success, and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nCollaborate with HR teams, global stakeholders, product owners, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions\nSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Core HCM configuration, data, security, and business process issues\nConduct data analysis and provide insights to improve process effectiveness, data quality, and user experience\nDrive adoption of global Workday standards and promote best practices across the HR technology landscape\nManage product financials and operational aspects where applicable\nBasic Qualifications:\n Certification in Workday HCM\nStrong expertise in Workday Core HCM capabilities:Organizations, staffing models, job and position management, worker data, and business process configuration\n\nHands-on experience with:Hire-to-retire processes, including hire, job changes, transfers, terminations, and contingent workers\nWorkday security, role-based access, data privacy, and approval frameworks\n\nProficiency in:Core HCM configuration, condition rules, validations, calculated fields, and reporting\n\nExperience with tools:Workday reporting, dashboards, Jira, and Aha!\n\n5+ years of enterprise experience in:Workday Core HCM and the broader HR technology landscape\n\nExperience in:Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting global Workday HCM solutions\nTroubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support\nData management, data quality, governance, and secure handling of worker information\n\nKnowledge of:ITIL frameworks and global service environments\nCompliance standards and controls (e.g., SOX) and data privacy requirements\n\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration\nExperience working in global, multicultural environments\nBachelor’s degree\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdditional Workday certification or experience in related functional areas\nExposure to:Workday Extend, Workday Assistant, or Workday AI capabilities\nWorkday reporting, dashboards, discovery boards, and People Analytics\n\nExperience with global HR operating models, localizations, and enterprise HR data governance\nFamiliarity with product tools:Jira, Aha!\n\nCertifications in:PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Product Owner\n\nExperience in:Large global FMCG/FMHG organizations\nGlobal deployment, localization, and change adoption strategies\n\nStrong experience managing third-party vendors and service providers\nLocation: This role is based out of Bangalore.\nPlease save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-11-19Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
