The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a holistic, end to end view of the project portfolio, driving cross-functional alignment, anticipating risks and dependencies, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring effective execution of initiatives from definition through implementation.\nBeyond activity tracking, this role is expected to challenge, connect, prioritize, and facilitate decisions, ensuring that organizational resources and efforts are focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.\nKey responsibilities\nProject leadership and delivery\n1. Strategic Business Partnering - Act as the strategic connection point between Commercial and Operational/Technical functions, with a clear understanding of business priorities, opportunities, and challenges.\n2. Portfolio & Project Leadership - Maintain executive visibility of portfolio progress, clearly distinguishing status, risks, required decisions, and next steps.\n3. Cross-functional Leadership - Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a facilitator across commercial, technical, and operational perspectives.\n4. Governance & Decision Making - Ensure projects progress through a clear and disciplined governance model, tailored to their level of complexity and risk.\n5. Risk & Dependency Management - Proactively identify and escalate risks, mitigation plans, constraints, and potential impacts before they compromise project or business outcomes.\n6. Agile & Structured Execution - Drive solution-oriented discussions aimed at removing roadblocks and accelerating critical decisions required for execution.\n7.
