These CMO suppliers supply Haleon product with spending estimated £19m\nDrive CMO supply strategy and internal alignment to deliver superior results\nSecure CMs continuously supply high quality product on time and continuously improve product quality and process robustness at CMs\nProactively manage risk and develop mitigation plans with CMs and execute the business contingency plan for the affected supply chains\nCollaborate with multi-functions to manage multiple changes related to product license, artwork, formula, technical and regulation to secure supply\nLead and execute New Product Launch, Product network transfer and sustainability project on time following global category strategy\nDrives continuous improvement, and work together with procurement on cost savings ideation, cost avoidance and delivery to improve product gross margin\nProactively manage risk (Supply disruptions and OTIFs) and develop mitigation plans with CMs and execute the Business Contingency plan for the affected supply chains\nRequirements:\nBachelor degree or above\nAt least 10 years working and management experience in manufacturing, supply chain management or procurement.
