It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.\nAbout Role\nTheSenior Manager,Procurement -APACPerformanceis responsibleforprocurement performancemanagement across allProcurementobjectivesfor theISCandAPACOperating Units,drivingmeasurable value, improvingsupplier outcomes, and enablingdata-driven decision-making across the organization.\nEstablishing a robust procurement performance management that ensures theteamsdeliver measurable strategic value to the organization.\nKeyResponsibilities\nProcurement Performance Management\nDrive astandardized performance management framework across all KPIs and value drivers\n\nOwn performance governance, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement cyclesfor their area\n\nDevelop executive-level performance insightsand communicationfor procurement leadership andOUleadership.\n\nEnsure transparency and accountability in procurement performance across theteams.\n\nValue Delivery Governance\nEstablish governance mechanisms to track andvalidatevalue delivery, includingproductivity,cash improvement, innovation,and broader value contributions.\n\nPartner closely with Finance,Legal, HR,andOUs toaligndrive wider programs and their value generation.\n\nLead regular performance reviews with procurement leadership and business stakeholders to ensure delivery against targets.\n\nPerformance Insights\nBuild analytics that supportOUperformance management and program decision-making.\n\nLeveragespendanalytics, supplier data, and operational metrics toidentifyperformance improvement opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with other Procurement performance managers to ensure a standardised,consistentand up to performance management approach is executed seamlessly\n\nProvide standard and regular OU reporting and insights\n\nDrive a culture of data-driven procurement management and performance transparency.\n\nStakeholder Alignment\nWork closely with OU finance teams onCOGS and SG&A value delivery through third parties, aligning on external and internal performance reporting on costs as well as key programs\n\nServe as a liaison between procurement leadershipacross all spend categories and OU buying teams,and key enterprise stakeholdersforvaluedeliveryin the year and outer years\n\nProvide strategic insights and performance updates to senior leadership and governance forums.\n\nBringtomultiple Procurement teams together and connected on OU performance insights,actionsand next steps.\n\nBasic Skills (Essential):\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n10+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management\n\nStrong expertise in procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle and best practices\n\nProven experience in program governance, performance management frameworks, and value delivery tracking\n\nStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions\n\nExperience managing large-scale projects and end-to-end service/operations delivery\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills (business cases, senior-level storytelling)\n\nHigh proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)\n\nPreferred Skills:\nMaster’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field\n\nProfessional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP)\n\nExperience operating in matrix/global environments with cross-functional teams\n\nAbility to balance strategic and operational delivery effectively\n\nProven leadership capability, including influencing without authority and driving transformation\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with high learning agility and ability to work with ambiguity\n\nExperience working under high-pressure, deadline-driven conditions\n\nDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team capability\n\nJob Posting End Date\n2026-10-30Equal Opportunities\nHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
