The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and commercial capabilities with deep understanding of the realities of point-of-sale execution. They will lead a team responsible for transforming category and brand strategies into winning customer and shopper plans that drive growth, visibility, distribution and profitability across channels.\nIf you enjoy leading teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging data to make decisions, and turning strategy into action in-store, we'd like to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development and execution of the annual Trade Marketing strategy across all channels, translating business priorities into customer and shopper-focused activation plans.\nManage, coach and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nPartner closely with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to identify growth opportunities and build differentiated customer plans.\nDrive excellence in point-of-sale execution, ensuring activation standards, visibility strategies and promotional initiatives are effectively deployed in market.\nOwn Trade Marketing investment governance, including budget management, prioritization, KPI tracking, ROI analysis and performance optimization.\nLeverage market, customer, shopper and performance data to identify insights, solve business challenges and improve execution effectiveness.\nLead relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery of activation programs.\n\nWHY YOU?\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales or other commercial functions, in Consumer Goods/Consumer Health industry.\nExperience leading teams and developing talent.\nStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.\nExperience managing trade investments, promotional budgets and commercial performance metrics.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.\nAdvanced communication and presentation skills.\nAdvanced English.\nPreferred\nStrong understanding of channel strategy, category development and customer planning.\nExperience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI.\nProven track record delivering sustainable growth through customer and shopper activation programs.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou are a leader who can successfully navigate between the boardroom and the point of sale.
