Good communicator with people skills.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:\nApplies to all levels. Increased responsibility is expected as well as autonomy as the level increases.\nMaintain and update information in our Computer Monitoring System in order to maintain efficiencies and compliance corporate wide. Include data entry of new assets after the completion of a project such as but not limited to new Panels, outlets, modifications to the system, generators, etc.\nMonitor and maintain systems such as but not limited to Fire alarm, CMMS, generators, ATS, remote monitoring of electrical system, etc.\nAssist Facility Manager/PM and/or representative for any assigned Engineering and Construction related major or minor capital projects. Inclusive of repairs, communication, and/or any delegated task.\nMonitor vendors under contract and follow up of execution to ensure we hold all vendors accountable.\nAssist with creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets of items due.\nConduct general maintenance and minor repairs.\nAssist and coordinate regarding but not limited to: Purchase Requisitions, purchase orders, repairs, general maintenance, replacement projects.\nMaintain good communication with leadership and the team, specifically the team you report to. Test Generators and ATS equipment to maintain compliance.
