Establish accountability for project execution, safety, quality, schedules, and budgets while aligning team efforts with organizational and regulatory objectives.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards, utility practices, safety requirements, and regulatory codes.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers by fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.\nPlan, allocate, and manage engineering resources across projects and operational needs to ensure efficient workload balance and timely delivery.\nEnsure adherence to established engineering processes, utility standards, safety procedures, and quality management systems.\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following areas:\nSubstation Physical Design - Support and guide substation physical design efforts, including overall layout, equipment arrangements, grounding systems, raceway design, and coordination of construction drawings, specifications, and field support activities.\nProtection and Controls - Support and guide protection and control systems design efforts, including protection schemes, relay selection and settings, panel and control house design, wiring and schematics, testing and commissioning support, and coordination with operations and SCADA systems.\nComms/SCADA -
